Amy Weintraub is a guest teacher for this six week course specifically designed to teach you practices to stay calm, centered and grounded, amidst the ups and downs of daily life!
In A Daily Dose of Bliss, you’ll receive a new 5-10 minute practice each day for six weeks. The online shala is open 24/7 and you’ll have access to the practices for three months after the course ends (so you can take your time).
The course was lovingly created by Dr Lauren Tober, a Clinical Psychologist and Yoga Teacher from Byron Bay, Australia. And she’s joined by an impressive line up of additional guest teachers, including Deva Premal, Krishna Das, Richard Miller, Rick Hanson, Dave Stringer and more.
