Yoga has the unique ability to increase flexibility in the body, mind and spirit. Resilience is our ability to “bounce back” in the face of change and struggle. Practice this month will focus on increasing flexibility in the physical body through posture, flexibility in the mind through breathing and chanting, and flexibility in the spirit through meditation techniques.
Please note, there will be no class on Aprilth 8 or 15th.
