LifeForce Yoga (4 Week Series) – Creating your own mood balancing yoga practice

This class is an exploration of Asana/Hatha yoga poses, Pranayama/Breath techniques, Mantra/use of sound, Mudras/energy Influencing gestures and Meditation with the focus on providing techniques that students can integrate on a daily basis to live a life that is joyful, creative and dynamic.
Class level is appropriate for students new to yoga as well as those who have an established or advanced practice as classes are designed to facilitate each student’s personal journey to physical and emotional wellness through yoga.
