Let Amy Weintraub, author of Yoga for Depression and Yoga Skills for Therapists, guide you through evidence-based yoga practices you might not find in regular classes and gentle self-inquiry to help release whatever blocks you from knowing your own true nature beneath your aches, pains, and shifting moods. You will experience ever-expanding moments of bliss, as you remember who you truly are. Designed for all levels of yoga practitioners, including beginners, many of these practices are suitable for use in a clinical setting. Healing professionals are invited to learn tools for their own self-care, as well as for those they serve. This workshop fulfills the prerequisite for the LifeForce Yoga Practitioner Training.
