An open heart is a beautiful thing. But sometimes we suffer when the heart is too open. How do we balance an open heart as we do our work out in the world? Yoga practices help us to be strong amidst life’s troubles. We will practice postures, sounds, chants, visualizations, and meditations that fortify the system.
