Description

This Online course takes place over six months. We will meet as a group twice a month for two hours and you will meet with an accountability partner four times each month for one hour. During our large group sessions, we will go over teaching tools, process pieces, the techniques behind delivery, as well as troubleshooting, feedback, and Q&A. You will receive scripts and access to recordings. In your weekly accountability partner sessions, you will practice specific techniques, discuss your homework, and give each other feedback.

As your homework, you are expected to lead students/clients (or friends if that helps you feel more comfortable) through specific practices to help you gain proficiency. This will provide you with the opportunity to share LifeForce Yoga in your community while making money. You will be given detailed forms to document your one-on-one sessions, as well as your teaching.

Weekly office hours, via Zoom, with Rose will be available during this course. Participants will maintain a daily practice of the techniques to support you through the program.

Upon graduation, you will be able to lead the LifeForce Yoga to Manage Your Mood weekend workshop, totaling 12 – 14 hours. You will also be listed in a special section of the website as a LifeForce Yoga to Manage Your Mood Teacher, with your bio, picture, and contact information. This program is the feeder course for the LifeForce Yoga Practitioner Training. LifeForce Yoga will support you in providing handouts for the workshop, flyers, a detailed format, promotion of scheduled workshops via the website, social media, and emails blasts, and scripts for outreach to studios. LifeForce Yoga may even be able provide you with connections to local yoga studios that are looking for this workshop. The Licensing Fee for leading the workshop is 15% of your Net for any LFYtMtYM workshop led.
