LifeForce Yoga for Mood Balance

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Monday, repeating indefinitely
During this weekly Lifeforce Yoga class, students are introduced to a LifeForce Yoga flow to meet and balance the mood. Class elements include yoga posture (asana), yoga breathing (pranayama), visualization (bhavana), hand gestures (mudra), sound (mantra), and meditative relaxation (Yoga Nidra). Once a month, this class consists of a Full Yoga Nidra practice.
