SUMMARY:New Moon in Aquarius Yoga with Rose
DESCRIPTION:It is time for a new start with New Moon in Aquarius Yoga. The Aquarius archetype invites the energies of innovation\, community\, and mental clarity. When combined with the new beginnings energy of the New Moon\, we are afforded an opportunity to see things in a different way. This session is a time to renew our focus and intentions. LifeForce Yoga invites us to explore new patterns while releasing the old ones. \nWe will explore the air element’s qualities of movement and expansion. New Moon in Aquarius Yoga invites us back into our bodies and balance through the practice of balance poses and pranayama to ground and center the mind. Mantra and mudra helps to focus the mind. Our practice closes with integrating this balanced energy and channeling it into mental clarity through a guided savasana. \nWorkshop includes a recording\, sent within 2 – 8 hours of completion of the workshop. \nRose Kress\, ERYT500\, C-IAYT\,\nAuthor\, Owner/Director of LifeForce Yoga is a lifelong student\, of yoga\, philosophy\, and life. She began her formal yoga practice at 16 and deepened her commitment to yoga with Amy Weintraub in 2002 and was present for the beginning of LifeForce Yoga. Rose has overcome significant mental health hurdles as a direct result of her LifeForce Yoga practice. Her devotion to her practice knows no limits. Rose has studied intensively at the feet of only a few teachers\, choosing consistency over the next “big thing.” Her teachers include Amy Weintraub\, Maria Mendola\, Rama Jyoti Vernon\, Russill Paul\, and Swami Brahmananda. \nIn 2020\, she published her first book\, Awakening Your Inner Radiance with LifeForce Yoga. Rose is one of the lead teachers in the Samadhi Yoga Kula‘s yoga teacher training. She teaches classes and workshops in Oregon and online\, as well as leading the LifeForce Yoga Practitioner Training.
