The basis for long lasting change and mental health is creating new patterns to destroy old patterns of grief, stress, depressions, anxiety, etc. The first step is commitment. The rest is repetition.
This new way of experiencing LifeForce Yoga helps you with the repetition. Each morning we will gather for a LifeForce Yoga mat practice informed by the theme for the day with a meditation or yoga nidra, followed by journaling, and Q&A. Lecture will be minimal as this is about pure experience rather than breaking down the practices.
Includes 30 hours of live interaction, additional recordings for support from Rose and other LifeForce Yoga Practitioners, and a special manual for the program.
All paid participants will have access to recordings of the sessions for replay and download, regardless of attendance.
