DESCRIPTION:In this class\, students will have the opportunity to delve into the physical\, emotional\, and spiritual expression of each chakra\, using integrative LifeForce Yoga techniques. This is a calming and grounding practice that helps to clear energetic obstructions and connect us to our own energetic patterns.  The intention of this workshop is to help students transition into a deeper silent meditation practice. \nNo prior meditation or yoga experience required.
