Dear Program Participant,
Thank you for enrolling in . This will be an opportunity to learn and practice yogic strategies for mood management with other health-care and yoga professionals, along with serious yoga students. The connections made while in this program are always stimulating. Many who have taken the course before continue to share workshop ideas, teaching strategies, and handouts with each other.

Daily: 6:00 am – 8:00 am – Ashram Satsang
1st Day: 8:30 am Opening Ceremony with the Brahmin Priest
1st Day: noon – 3:45 pm program session, 4:00 – 6:00 pm Sivananda Yoga Practice
1st Day: 8:00 pm – 9:45 pm Ashram Satsang
6:00 am – 8:00 am – Ashram Satsang
8:00 am – 10:00 am – Yoga Practice
Noon – 3:30 pm program session;
4:00 – 6:00 pm Sivananda Yoga Practice
8:00 pm – 9:45 pm Ashram Satsang
Last Day: 4 – 5 pm program session; 5:30 – Graduation Ceremony with the Brahmin Priest

7-May through 10-May 9:30am – 6:00pm with a 1 hour and 15 minute break
Mon – Thu: 6:15-8:15am, 9:15am-12:15pm, and 2-5pm (Thu afternoon session 2-5:30pm)
