Guided by Rose, an experienced meditation instructor, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery, learning foundational meditation techniques to cultivate a sense of calm, focus, and overall well-being. Throughout the workshop, we will explore various meditation styles, including mindfulness, loving-kindness, and breath awareness, allowing attendees to find the approach that resonates most with them.
