Breathe Right Retreat

Breathe Right

Learn Accessible Breathing Techniques

Breathe right is an opportunity to learn accessible breathing techniques from a long-term pranayama practitioner and instructor.

The lungs are the seat of grief and inspiration. What we hold on to causes congestion, what we release brings inspiration. Are we breathing to make it through the moment, or are we breathing for inspiration? Through understanding how we breathe, we can rediscover the sacred aspects of breath. When we breathe in the manner we are meant to, our bodies and minds exist in a more balanced state. Through the breath, we can regulate our moods, energy, blood pressure, heart rate, nervous system, stress levels, and even our sleep. Changing our patterns of breath creates a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Breathe Right Retreat is 100% accessible, meaning we will be practicing from a seated position and in some cases lying down. No yoga mats or yoga postures! During this breathing retreat, you will lean tips and tools to support a healthy lifestyle, all through the breath. You’ll learn:

  • Basic anatomy of the breath through lecture and experience
  • A breathing practice to clear your airways
  • Breath to energize
  • Breath to calm
  • Plus, simple tips for integrating breath work into your day

This retreat comes with a manual and a recording of the session, so you can practice again and again. There is also an essential oil option for those that wish to enhance their experience during the workshop and after.

  • Air X designed to freshen and clear the space around you
  • Breathe maintains feelings of clear airways and easy breathing while minimizing the effects of seasonal threats
  • Peppermint promotes feelings of relaxation and clear breathing
