Dear Program Participant,

Thank you for enrolling in . This will be an opportunity to learn and practice yogic strategies for mood management with other health-care and yoga professionals, along with serious yoga students. The connections made while in this program are always stimulating. Many who have taken the course before continue to share workshop ideas, teaching strategies, and handouts with each other.

Below are some resources for the program. Please make sure that we have your email address so we can email your program manual to you one week before the program. General daily schedules for Module A courses are listed below.
