Transitional times offer the opportunity for reflection and the choice to move in a new direction, a “fork in the road” if you will. New Year’s Day is one of the obvious times in our calendar. We set our New Year’s Resolutions, work hard for a couple of weeks and then as life moves in, they fall away. We may never pick them up again, or we find ourselves in a state of shame over the things we did not accomplish, again. There is another way.

Using breathing techniques, we will begin the process of releasing the residue of the past year. From there, we will use mudrās, yoga poses, and mantras to channel the energy needed to manifest our visions for the coming year. We integrate with a guided visualization that takes us into the journaling component of our retreat.

This workshop will be recorded for those that cannot attend live.
A special workbook, created for the retreat, along with the link to attend, is sent via email the day before the retreat.
