Yoga Practice for Releasing Grief & Loss using Essential Oils

The devastation of the wildfires goes beyond the animals, trees, homes, and lives that are lost. Those within the path of the fires live with fear, anxiety, and the ever present blanket of ash and smoke. Even beyond the path of the fires, we are living under the haze of smoke. With each breath we pull in the memories of what the fire has taken.

This practice is built to help release the burden of grief and loss, while reconnecting us to inspiration and the internal experience of love. The oils chosen for this practice are meant to protect, release, uplift, and reconnect.

  • Diffuser blend – Lemongrass (4 drops), Siberian Fir (3 drops), Rosemary (2 drops)
  • Breathe
  • Geranium
  • Bergamot
  • Balanace
  • Elevation
  • Black Spruce
