How many times have you started the New Year with a multitude of resolutions only to get to February and find that you have forgotten or “failed” at your resolution? You are not alone. According to one study, 80% of people fail at their resolutions by mid February.
It is time for a Revolution!
I love the New Year, because it is a time that is ripe for reflection and renewal. Personally, I try to do reflect and renew several times a year, mostly at the change of the seasons. Reflection provides us with an opportunity to look for themes and plan for what we want to grow.
A New Year’s Revolution is about looking at what you want to create in your life for the coming year. Once you have identified you want to create, or enhance, take note of the steps that help you arrive at your goals. Leave yourself reminders and cultivate practices to support clarity and focus.
Most important is your self-worth. We can be consistently practicing at something, but if you do not believe that you deserve it, then you are also consistently self-sabotaging yourself.
In this online workshop, I lead you through practices to clarify your intentions for the New Year as well as to connect with your self-worth, because you deserve to have everything you have ever wanted!
