Rose Kress, ERYT-500, C-IAYT, is the Owner/Director of LifeForce Yoga Healing Institute and the author of two CDs, Mantra Chanting with Rose and Pathways to Relaxation. Rose began practicing yoga in 1994 and has been teaching since 2004. Through LifeForce Yoga she overcame a severe anxiety disorder. Rose focuses on the therapeutic aspects of yoga and integrates LifeForce Yoga techniques into therapeutic yoga for back pain, cancer, pulmonary disease, structural wellness, and yoga therapy. Rose teaches classes and workshops in the Tucson, Arizona area and teaches in the LifeForce Yoga Practitioner Training Program throughout North America.

Alyce Wellons LCSW, LFYP-2, has been a psychotherapist for more than 18 years, working with individuals and couples in short and long-term psychotherapy. As a LifeForce Yoga practitioner, she incorporates body-based healing modalities for wellness in both work and life. Practicing at the intersection of neurobiology and body-based modalities, Alyce incorporates mindfulness into all her work, inviting her clients to tap into the body’s natural capacity to heal itself. Warm and humor-filled, Alyce also believes in respectful laughter as a way to connect and navigate difficult passages.

Kathleen Williams Ph.D., RYT, EMDRIA, LFYP-2, holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology, is certified in EMDR and has taught at the graduate level for many years. Her specialty is in trauma resolution where she utilizes her yoga skills both in sessions and in group sessions for her clients. Kathleen has run workshops for women and in her local community utilizing LifeForce Yoga to manage mood. She practices in Kenilworth and Montclair New Jersey.
