NEW LifeForce Yoga Memberships!

We are so very excited to announce that LifeForce Yoga now has a monthly membership option to support your mental wellness.

For the past year, we have been exploring possible options for delivering a monthly yoga class to everyone. We finally found the one that works! It has been Rose’s dream to more fully support everyone in finding the right tools for managing the mood, from the ups and downs to the more intense feelings of depression and anxiety. Thankfully, technology provides a way for this to happen.

You will also be able to find the videos and guided relaxations/yoga nidras available for purchase in the store, under videos and audio. We have some excited classes and yoga nidras planned!

Sign up today to make the most of this opportunity!
