Is your nervous system stuck in “survival mode”?

Dear Reader

The whirlwind of April is past, and May is the culmination of months of right effort for me. The yoga teacher training is almost over; they are graduating at the end of the month. The lifeguard training I have been teaching finishes next week. Spring is coming to an end, and I cannot wait to rest and sleep! It is in these months that self-care becomes a priority; it is the only way to make it through the intense schedule. I even managed to keep the chronic pain at bay…well, mostly.

And I did not even mention the news/cost of gas/inflation. When the stress piles on, self-care needs to be the priority. I believe the best way is yoga, because it offers movement, breath, and space for healing. I the midst of the packed schedule, I managed to participate in the AVAIYA University Energy Healing & Somatic Resilience Series.

It is estimated that over 2 billion people worldwide are currently living in a state of chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation—trapped in a cycle of persistent fatigue and energetic depletion.

In fact, recent global studies show that nearly 70% of adults report feeling physically and emotionally overwhelmed on a daily basis.

Unfortunately, deep-seated stress and trauma don’t simply “go away” with time. Without the right tools, your body stays in a permanent state of survival. Over time, this leads to emotional burnout, physical “unexplained” symptoms, and a shrinking life where you no longer have the energy for the people and activities you love.

But this doesn’t have to be your forever story. I have the resource you’ve been waiting for, and I highly recommend you join me for this FREE online series from AVAIYA University:

The Energy Healing & Somatic Resilience Series
