Be More Than Your Mood with Yoga.Beneath our aches and pains and shifting moods, we are bliss. Let the author of Yoga for Depression guide you through a menu of yoga practices to shine through the clouds of unknowing to release whatever blocks you from remembering who you truly are. Come home to the joy that is your birthright. Come home to your radiant Self. At the end of this workshop, meet yourself shining in the mirror. You will be amazed! CEU’s available.
Along with accessible poses, pranayama breathing exercises, and Yoga Nidra, LifeForce Yoga offers yoga practices drawn from Nondual and Tantric traditions not taught in regular Yoga classes:

- Mudras to Awaken Joy
- Mantras to Awaken Courage and Strength
- LifeForce Yoga Chakra Clearing Meditation
- Self-Inquiry in Dyads
Many of these practices are suitable in a clinical setting, so if you are a healing professional, in addition to taking care of yourself, you will learn new tools to support and empower those you serve. This program is designed by Amy Weintraub and based on the practices in Yoga for Depression and Yoga Skills for Therapists.

This workshops fulfills the prerequisite for the LifeForce Yoga Practitioner Training and CEU’s are available for mental health professionals, nurses and yoga teachers.
Deborah Lubetkin

Deborah is a Licensed Psychologist with a private practice in NJ for over 20 years. She became certified as a LifeForce Yoga practitioner, Level 1 in 2009, returning to complete her Level 2 certification in 2011. Deborah completed her Yoga Teacher Training program at Kripalu in February 2013. Deborah’s practice incorporates Eastern philosophy with the challenges of Western living to create a forum for her patients to develop an integrative plan to address a wide variety of mood related imbalances. In addition to integrating Psychotherapy with LifeForce Yoga in individual sessions, Deborah runs groups and workshops in her community around the theme of “Balancing Mood with LifeForce Yoga.” She also provides seminars and workshops for corporations, to educate employees about ways to manage stress in the workplace. “Integrating LifeForce Yoga into my psychotherapy practice has created remarkable shifts in the way that I move through a session with a patient, in the way they move through the process of therapy, and in the way I move through my life.”
