How would it feel to create new patterns in 2021? This New Year Retreat will help you create new patterns of ease, practice, abundance, behaviors, thoughts, and beliefs.

You are not alone in your suffering over the past year; In a sense, we have all experienced a shared trauma this year. The danger of that anguish is that your brain is creating new patterns for anxiety, stress, and future suffering. New Year’s Day is the perfect opportunity to shed those patterns and create new pathways as we move into the new year. It is a time to identify goals and dreams for 2021.

We will engage in a yoga practice to clear some space, including the Breath of Joy Kriya. Once our energetic and heart space is cleared, we will begin to find the energy we would like to create for the coming year. This energy will help us create the new patterns we wish to instill. Together, we will identify rituals, techniques, and tools to create a daily practice that helps you manifest your goals and dreams for 2021. Practice includes a guided visualization and writing prompts in your handout.

Rose Kress, ERYT500, C-IAYT, Author, Owner/Director of LifeForce Yoga is a lifelong student, of yoga, philosophy, and life. She began her formal yoga practice at 16 and deepened her commitment to yoga with Amy Weintraub in 2002 and was present for the beginning of LifeForce Yoga. Rose has overcome significant mental health hurdles as a direct result of her LifeForce Yoga practice. Her devotion to her practice knows no limits. Rose has studied intensively at the feet of only a few teachers, choosing consistency over the next “big thing.” Her teachers include Amy Weintraub, Maria Mendola, Rama Jyoti Vernon, Russill Paul, and Swami Brahmananda. In 2020, she published her first book, Awakening Your Inner Radiance with LifeForce Yoga. Rose teaches classes and workshops online and leads the LifeForce Yoga Practitioner Training online.
