LifeForce Yoga Practitioner Training

Dear Program Participant,

Thank you for enrolling in the Module A of the LifeForce Yoga Practitioner Training. This will be an opportunity to learn and practice yogic strategies for mood management with other health-care and yoga professionals. The connections made while in this program are always stimulating. Many who have taken the course before continue to share workshop ideas, teaching strategies, and handouts with each other. In fact, often psychotherapists and yoga teachers combine their skills and enthusiasm to offer LifeForce Yoga Mood Management courses and workshops in their regions.

There will be extended hours for the program. If you have never been to the training location before, you may wish to arrive a day early or stay a day later to enjoy everything that is offered.

In preparation for the training, we suggest the following:

  • Read Yoga for Depression by Amy Weintraub
  • Practice with the LifeForce Yoga to Beat the Blues – Level 1 or Level 2 DVD (suggested practice of 30 days)
  • Practice with the LifeForce Yoga Chakra Clearing Meditation CD (suggested practice of 30 days)
  • Complete the LifeForce Yoga Home Study

If you have already registered for the training, please complete the following form and return to rose@yogafordepression.com
