Embark on a transformative journey through the energy centers with a LifeForce Yoga Chakra Flow Series. These seven sessions balance and energize your body, mind, and spirit through an experience of the chakras. This series is experiential and will include minimal discussion of the chakras. Rather, the practices give you a personal encounter with your energy. Each session includes movement and posture (asana), hand gestures (mudra), sound (mantra), breathing practices (pranayama & kriya), meditation, and self-inquiry.

Week 1 (Sep 24): Root Chakra (Muladhara) – Grounding and Stability building a strong foundation, enhancing your sense of security and stability.

Week 2 (Oct 1): Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – Creativity and Flow inviting more joy and passion into your life.

Week 3 (Oct 8): Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – Empowerment and Strength helping you to build confidence and self-discipline.

Week 4 (Oct 15): Heart Chakra (Anahata) – Love and Compassion fostering deeper connections with yourself and others.

Week 5 (Oct 22): Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – Communication and Truth enabling you to communicate with authenticity and clarity.

Week 6 (Oct 29): Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) – Intuition and Insight enhancing your ability to see beyond the ordinary and connect with your higher self.

Week 7 (Nov 5): Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) – Spiritual Connection and Oneness inviting a sense of unity and spiritual connection.

Chakra Flow is open to all levels and designed to create harmony and balance within your energetic body. Whether you’re new to chakras or looking to deepen your practice, this series will provide you with the tools to align your energy centers and support your overall well-being.

Rose Kress, ERYT500, C-IAYT,

Author, Owner/Director of LifeForce Yoga is a lifelong student, of yoga, philosophy, and life. She began her formal yoga practice at 16 and deepened her commitment to yoga with Amy Weintraub in 2002 and was present for the beginning of LifeForce Yoga. Rose has overcome significant mental health hurdles as a direct result of her LifeForce Yoga practice. Her devotion to her practice knows no limits. Rose has studied intensively at the feet of only a few teachers, choosing consistency over the next “big thing.” Her teachers include Amy Weintraub, Maria Mendola, Rama Jyoti Vernon, Russill Paul, and Swami Brahmananda.

In 2020, she published her first book, Awakening Your Inner Radiance with LifeForce Yoga. Rose is one of the lead teachers in the Samadhi Yoga Kula‘s yoga teacher training. She teaches classes and workshops in Oregon and online, as well as leading the LifeForce Yoga Practitioner Training.
