LifeForce Yoga to Beat the Blues with Miv London, Ph.D.

October 25, 2015 @ 9:00 am - 11:30 am

$40
Laughing River Yoga, One Mill Street, Suite 126
Burlington, VT 05401 United States

LifeForce Yoga® is a specific type of yoga that is intentionally designed to work with difficult moods and emotions. In this workshop we will create a safe container in which we explore traditional Yoga practices such as asana, pranayama, chanting mantras, visualization, and meditation, with the intention of clearing inner obstructions that keep us stuck in negative moods. You will experience these practices within a compassionate environment that diminishes your sense of separation, which is the literal source of depression, and enhances the connection you feel to that which is most authentic within you and your connection to others. This program is appropriate for all levels and abilities.
