Practices to Awaken Your Inner Radiance
Join Rose Kress, author of Awakening Your Inner Radiance with LifeForce Yoga, as she guides you through a gentle yoga practice. Classes utilize LifeForce Yoga tools to calm, balance, and restore. Rose starts each practice by connecting with students, taking requests for poses and areas that need attention, and drawing a card to set a group intention. From there, she will guide you through meditative movement with a focus on the breath. You will enjoy breathing practices, mudra, mantra, postures, traction, minute meditations, and techniques to integrate. By the end of this gentle yoga class, you will feel more connected with your inner wisdom and ready for a restful evening.
Rose has extensive training in yoga for mental health and yoga therapy. She weaves her knowledge of the physical body with intuition to guide students through a practice that dissolves the tension and awakens radiance. Accessibility is the name of the game in this class. Rose offers options and modifications to make the class easy for you.

Rose is a lifelong student, of yoga, philosophy, and life. She began her formal yoga practice at 16 and deepened her commitment to yoga with Amy Weintraub in 2002 and was present for the beginning of LifeForce Yoga. Rose has overcome significant mental health hurdles as a direct result of her LifeForce Yoga practice. Her devotion to her practice knows no limits. Rose has studied intensively at the feet of only a few teachers, choosing consistency over the next “big thing.” Her teachers include Amy Weintraub, Maria Mendola, Rama Jyoti Vernon, Russill Paul, and Swami Brahmananda. In 2020, she published her first book, Awakening Your Inner Radiance with LifeForce Yoga. Rose teaches classes and workshops online and leads the LifeForce Yoga Practitioner Training online.
