Yoga Nidra works best when practiced on a daily basis. Consider practicing in the middle of the day, between the hours of 2-4. It is also an effective tool for working with insomnia; instead of lying in bed frustrated with the inability to sleep, practice Yoga Nidra. This can also be practiced at the end of a yoga practice, or while traveling in an airplane. Do not use while operating a vehicle or heavy machinery.
