LifeForce Yoga for an Open Heart
Those April showers bring May flowers and perhaps even allergies. May’s featured class is restorative and heart opening to help you open your heart. This class helps to open the chest, which counteracts the effects of sitting at a computer. You’ll find yourself taking deeper breaths as your heart opens with ease. We’ll practice a restorative heart opener with sound and some gentle leg opening. Then we move into some back strengthening to support the heart remaining open.

You’ll practice intention setting, bellows breath, power hara, yoga postures with sound, strengthen movements, visualization, hand gestures, and a guided integration practice.
