Exploring Equanimity

It is easy to react when faced with challenges. Our emotions and patterns get the better of us and run our lives. When we cultivate a sense of internal equanimity, we unlock our inner harmony. We are reminded of our true nature, which is wholeness. Join Rose as she leads a practice to exploring equanimity through movement, breath, and sound.

Length: 1 hour & 7 minutes

LifeForce Yoga for an Open Heart

Those April showers bring May flowers and perhaps even allergies. May’s featured class is restorative and heart opening to help you open your heart. This class helps to open the chest, which counteracts the effects of sitting at a computer. You’ll find yourself taking deeper breaths as your heart opens with ease. We’ll practice a restorative heart opener with sound and some gentle leg opening. Then we move into some back strengthening to support the heart remaining open.

Length: 1 hour & 3 minutes

LifeForce Yoga Practice for Clarity & Energy

Join Rose as she leads you through a practice to release heaviness and sluggishness. You’ll practice intention setting, bellows breath, power hara, yoga postures with sound, strengthen movements, visualization, hand gestures, and a guided integration practice. Use this to practice all month to cultivate your inner lightness and brightness!

Length: 1 hour & 13 minutes
