Exploring Equanimity: Yoga Nidra

Equanimity is freedom from the opposites – the push and pull of life. In that state of harmony, we find ourselves feeling whole and complete. Yoga Nidra is the practice of realizing that you are so much more than the push and pull. It is the experience of becoming aware of who you really are – your Divine self. When we reconnect to this sacred sense of self every day, we are able to act from a place of equanimity, instead of reacting.
