This 21 minute Yoga Nidra practice was created by Rose Kress for a military veteran population in a treatment facility for substance abuse and PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder). To make it more accessible to the general population, there is no “yoga” language within the practice, hence the title Meditative Relaxation.
