As millions of people set resolutions that will be broken within the first couple of weeks, we’ll use this opportunity to tune our minds and energies to the patterns we wish to enhance and establish. Instead of shame for not achieving a resolution, you’ll establish a pattern for reaffirming commitments, while realizing that some commitments change and we grow and change.
Rose’s annual New Year’s Day retreat. We move our bodies, clear our minds, and make commitments for the new year. This year focuses on opening the lungs to release grief, sadness, and doubt to allow inspiration to flow. Rose also includes some faster paced movements and kriya to clear out the crud. There is a yoga nidra to invite your vision for your new year.
Clear space is fertile ground for growing new things. What will you grow this year?
Because this retreat comes with a recording, you’ll be able to revisit the practices and keep your commitments strong. Comes with an 11 page guidebook to set you up for success in 2023.
