Join us for the LifeForce Yoga 40-Day Challenge

After every training retreat, we offer the LifeForce Yoga 40-Day Challenge. We have just spent 5 – 7 days practicing intention, visualization, chanting, breathing, movement, meditation and more, for hours a day. These activities change our biochemistry. We are vibrating at a much higher level and people feel clearer, brighter, and more open. To go home and stop practicing is like the ground dropping out from beneath them. 40 days of continuous practice helps maintain the lightness and the brightness while establishing the techniques in the conscious and subconscious mind.

We invite participants to share pictures of their practice on social media as a means of receiving support and maintaining community. This is not a secret challenge. In fact, we were not sure that you would want to join us. Silly us!!

Now that we have a larger compendium of practices on YouTube and a monthly Self-Care Program, we want to extend this challenge opportunity to you! Practice LifeForce Yoga every day with us, share your pictures and successes, and your questions. Everyone will win greater peace of mind!! Along the way, there may even be some other fun prizes πŸ™‚

Join the 40-Day Challenge on our Social Media. Every day we will post a practice. All you need to do is watch the practice, do the practice, and then comment about how you feel after completing. You will get to know others participating in the challenge and build a community of like-minded seekers.
