Ocean Lum, RYT-500, LFYP, RCC

Victoria’s only LifeForce Yoga teacher, Ocean Lum, YRT-500, has been teaching yoga since 2001. Her classes integrate yogic wisdom, positive psychology and mindfulness. Ocean is also a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a holistic approach to anxiety and depression.

Ocean began to practise earnestly in 1996 and has been teaching yoga since 2001. Although she appreciates all styles of yoga, she is especially keen about Anusara, Kundalini, and Laughter Yoga. She’s also practised Tibetan Buddhism since 2001 and finds it the most compelling model of reality rooted in compassion and wisdom.

Ocean aspires to connect and teach from her own wellspring of inspiration. She hopes to inspire others to connect to their own source of wisdom and joy. At its highest level, her classes become an offering to the divine within and the divine without. A proud presenter at the Victoria Yoga Conference, 2014 & 2016, find more about Ocean here: https://oceanlum.com/
