Confidence: It is time to shine

Dear Reader,

February’s theme (for me) is Confidence.

There are places in my life where I feel confident and then other places, not so much. Instead of a state of being, confidence is more a feeling applied to situations and skills. I may feel sure of myself in some situations and others, not so much.

One of the things I struggle with is shining and sharing my shine. I love what I do and I love to create. What I feel insecure about is sharing it with others. Maybe the root of it is being a people pleaser and then fearing the rejection.

Well, no more!

On my desk I have the word confidence as a reminder to be the brightest version of myself. I also created this collage for my planner and my journal. I have added a little more solar plexus chakra work to strengthen my sense of confidence, including some mudra meditation work (I cannot wait to share it with you in my Awakening Abundance course).

It is my hope to inspire you into feeling more confident and to shine. In these oppressive and discouraging times, the world needs your brilliance as much as it needs mine. The only way to defeat darkness is to outcreate it, which is something you and I can do…together.

Blessings, love, and confidence,
Rose

Awakening Abundance starts Thursday February 5th. I am still offering the discounted price of $49.99 for all 7 classes (details and registration). I will lead several stand alone practices you can do anywhere at any time in addition to a yoga practice. The idea is to give you simple things to do when you are lacking time, or energy.

I have also been posting more to the YouTube channel, working my way up to a couple of videos a week. If you follow me on social media, I am posting a daily video (3 minutes or less) on TikTok with a cross-post on Instagram and Facebook. My goal is to give you things to support you, because we could all use a little extra right now.
