Throughout the retreat, you’ll have ample opportunities to explore the stunning natural surroundings of the Oregon Coast, whether through meditative beach walks, invigorating hikes, or simply soaking in the tranquil ocean views. Join us for an unforgettable journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation on the majestic shores of the Pacific Northwest.

Imagine waking up each morning to the soothing sounds of the ocean before heading to yoga for an invigorating practice and meditation to deeply connect with your energetic, physical, and spiritual self. Time slows down to allow reflection, creativity, and self-exploration of your true self. Daily sessions bring new perspectives to yoga and chakra balancing through mantra, sacred geometry, breathwork, and mudra (hand gestures). As the sun sets, unwind with a yoga nidra practice and enjoy a full body deep rest. Designed for yoga teachers and practitioners to go beyond the physical postures of yoga and infuse their practice with new creativity and fluidity.

** Yoga Teachers– stay up to date on your continued education. Earn 25 CE (continuing education) hours through Yoga Alliance (Note: you do not need to be a Yoga Teacher to attend this retreat, All are invited no matter your yoga experience)

Accommodation

The Yachats Inn

The Yachats Inn sits on 4.4 Acres of Ocean Front Property with lush sprawling lawns leading straight down to the Pacific Ocean. Family-owned/operated & located halfway between Florence & Newport. The Inn features 35 units ranging from Original Standard Units or Original Kitchen Suites with Wood Burning Fireplaces. They also feature more updated Modern Condos with Kitchens & Gas Fireplaces. Great Ocean Views with in-room wifi, Pet Friendly as well as Family Friendly. Ocean Front Pool & Hot Tub.

The Kitchen suits are reserved for our retreat

Each condo is 1 bedroom, with a full kitchen, and queen size sofa bed in the living room.

Cable TV in living room & bedroom, Gas Fireplace, In-room Wi-fi

Kitchens have a full-size stove/oven, mini fridge, microwave, full-size coffee pot, basic cookware & dishes

All condos have Balconies or Patios. Ocean, Mountain, or Garden & Pond Views.

FOOD

Breakfast and tea are provided

We will have a full industrial kitchen next to the yoga studio “Tea House”. Each condo also has a full kitchen. Since some of us have specific diets it’s a good idea to bring your own food. However, there are several restaurants nearby.
