Take some time for yourself as we head into the holiday season. Learn tools that will increase your ability to cope with stress, families, sadness, despair and/or anxieties. Learn how these tools work and how to select the best one for each concern. Learn to breathe, settle the nervous system, and empower yourself. Lastly, do a little self-inquiry with what matters. Mostly, relax in an atmosphere of calm, essential oils, and of course, snacks. Fee $55. Bring warm socks, a mat, a blanket.
