Full Moon in Leo Yoga with Rose

January 25 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Leo Full Moon Yoga invites playfulness in a practice designed to awaken our passions and harness our creative expression.

Under the enchanting glow of the Full Moon in Leo, the cosmic energies align to illuminate the fire within our spirits. Leo, ruled by the Sun and known for its passionate and creative energy, amplifies the radiance of this lunar phase. As the Full Moon reaches its peak, it invites us to embrace the full spectrum of our emotions and express our authentic selves with courage.

Through breathwork, gentle movement, and meditation, we harness the life force that resides within us. The Leo energy encourages us to infuse our practice with creativity, allowing the transformative power of the Full Moon to ignite our passions and illuminate the path to self-discovery.

We’ll practice:

  • Heart opening
  • Meditation on Vitality
  • Dynamic Solar Flow

This is a potent time to channel the vibrant energy of Leo into our yoga practice, unlocking the doors to self-expression and vitality. As the moonlight bathes us in its glow, we connect with the life force that flows through our bodies, harmonizing the cosmic dance of the heavens with the sacred rhythm of our own existence.

Comes with a recording to be delivered within 2 – 8 hours after the practice.
