Moving forward with the teachings of Amy Weintraub, MFA, ERYT-500, in this workshop, we will continue to explore incorporating Life Force Yoga® techniques into our personal practices, creating a life that is inspired and joyful! We will carry on with building a stronger yoga practice that includes techniques to lift the lethargic, depressed mood and calm the anxious mind. Using Pranayama/Breath, Mantra/Sound, Mudras, Meditation and Asana/Yogic postures, we will create a yoga practice that will provide for you a state in which the body, mind and heart come into balance, allowing that which you seek to be achieved. This workshop is appropriate for all levels of practice.
