LifeForce Yoga to Manage the Mood – Balance & Bliss with Deborah E. Lubetkin, Psy.D.

This 2-hour workshop will include research on Yoga & the mood, and will move through a full LifeForce Yoga class that includes Bhavana (visualization), Pranayama (breath practices), Asana (physical postures), Dyana (meditation practices), Mudra (energy practices), Mantra (use of sounds for chakra clearing), and the best part of all…a nice long Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
