Learn about the neuroscience behind these practices. Six 1-hour recorded webinars (self-study) and six 1-hour live Q&A sessions with Amy Weintraub on Wednesdays 5 – 6pm EST, April 16, 23, 30, May 7 & 21 and Tuesday May 27. You will be responsible for viewing the webinar in full prior to the live Q&A. All webinars will include yoga practices.
