Live from Paradise Island in the Bahamas–LifeForce Yoga Module A! Rose Kress, Kathy Shafer, I and 19 Module A Participants began the course this morning with a puja to Ganesh, releasing whatever was blocking our hearts and minds from a deeper connection to radiant well being–Self. We practiced together, and then after brunch set a sacred container, and I taught yoga breathing appropriate in yoga and health care settings. By the end of the afternoon, the group moved toward mastery as they led each other in a breathing practice to meet an agitated mood (rajasic). We were all ready for a dip in the ocean, a walk on the beach or a full sadhana yoga practice with Sivananda teachers. We’ll chant in satsang tonight, and then begin again on our mats at 6:00 am tomorrow with a practice to meet a lethargic (tamasic) mood.
