May is Mental Health Awareness Month – an entire month devoted to breaking the stigma around mental illness. To help break the stigma around mental illness we are sharing stories of journeys from suffering to freedom from our LifeForce Yoga Practitioners.
We want you to know that you are not alone in your struggles. We all struggle with emotions and experiences that feel overwhelming. It is our connection with others that gives the deepest healing. We hope that the stories you read this month will support you in finding the tools and hope that you need.
