Over and over the benefits of meditation are touted through experience and research. We know that it does amazing things for our brains, our moods, and even our DNA. Still, all this positive research doesn’t make meditation easier or more accessible for those of us that struggle. In addition, when we are suffering from anxiety, depression, or other mood disorders, practices like mindfulness are contraindicated. What we need is specialized meditation practices. Mediation for Beginners is a thoughtful webinar series built to support you in beginning a meditation practice. You will experience different techniques to help you clear and focus the mind. We’ll practice:
