Join us for Yoga Nidra: Sacred Rest. We created this online training to help you explore the benefits of rest on your home turf. You will refresh your mind and body; you will increase your ability to access deep longings and build inner resolve. This 8-week training is OPEN TO ALL who want a greater sense of balance, focus, and wholeness!
By the end of this course, you will be comfortable connecting to your own energy bodies and feel confident in leading yoga nidras to groups and individuals. You will feel at ease in guiding LifeForce Yoga nidras AND be able to create your own scripts.
