Breath-Centered Meditation with Rose

The intention of this meditation is to connect with the movement and flow of your breath. We can experience a surge of healing and peace when we invite the breath into it’s natural rhythms, without forcing or expectation. We will start with very simple movements to release the spine before settling into a restorative position to experience the breath in all it’s glory.
Monday Meditation Series
Join Rose Kress, author of Awakening Your Inner Radiance with LifeForce Yoga, as she guides you through techniques designed to allow you to dive into meditation with ease. You will experience all different techniques, like mantra, mudra, visualization, and even yoga nidra.
Each class begins with a check-in and some self-inquiry questions. You will be guided to settle in for a practice of meditation that lasts anywhere from 25 – 45 minutes. Meditation is followed by a five minute period of integration and then check-in.
Rose Kress, ERYT500, C-IAYT, Author, Owner/Director of LifeForce Yoga
Rose is a lifelong student, of yoga, philosophy, and life. She began her formal yoga practice at 16 and deepened her commitment to yoga with Amy Weintraub in 2002 and was present for the beginning of LifeForce Yoga. Rose has overcome significant mental health hurdles as a direct result of her LifeForce Yoga practice. Her devotion to her practice knows no limits. Rose has studied intensively at the feet of only a few teachers, choosing consistency over the next “big thing.” Her teachers include Amy Weintraub, Maria Mendola, Rama Jyoti Vernon, Russill Paul, and Swami Brahmananda. In 2020, she published her first book, Awakening Your Inner Radiance with LifeForce Yoga. Rose teaches classes and workshops online and leads the LifeForce Yoga Practitioner Training online.
