You are invited to an afternoon retreat featuring LifeForce Yoga practices for Compassionate Mood Management, intentionally designed to work with and manage mood.
LifeForce Yoga is a practice of compassion that creates a big enough container to embrace and accept all the dualities of mood. The practice is adapted to the student, so each individual can move into a more balanced (sattvic) and positive emotional, mental, and physical state of equanimity and self-awareness. This means we move slowly, teaching strategies that clear the temporary obstructions and that empower the student to access his or her own true nature.
This retreat offers Sacred Space to unwind and bring balance to the emotional body and prana (life force energy) into the body, while learning practices that calm feelings of anxiety and encourage feelings of connection and wholeness.
