Stress and anxiety are those monsters in our minds that eat up our energy by drawing our attention elsewhere. Stealing our sleep as we lay awake overthinking…distracting us from being fully present with loved ones…keeping us from doing things the things we enjoy…sound familiar? The good news is this doesn’t have to be our story, we have the power to tame the mind monsters. This workshop will teach you the best yoga practices to reduce stress and anxiety incorporating techniques which are supported by current research such as sound, visualization, hand gestures, breathing practices, and meditation that can be practiced by anyone, anytime, anywhere.

Liz has been teaching yoga since 2012 and has studied with many world renowned yoga teachers. Her passion for how yoga can aid mental health has led her to become a certified Level 1 LifeForce Yoga Practitioner.
