LifeForce Yoga Meditation Series

Welcome the season and join us for a new series of meditation classes to reduce stress & promote inner calm, wisdom, wakefulness, and joy. Based on the work of Amy Weintraub, LifeForce Yoga practices work intentionally on balancing the mood, allowing practitioners to develop their own unique practice to meet the mood as it arrives.
Beginners welcome! No meditation or yoga experience is required.
NOTE: This is a free offering to the whole community, no registration or Y membership required. The series meets from 4:00-5:30pm on 6 Sundays: September 17, 24, October 1; November 5, 12, & 19. Location is the large studio on the first floor at the Capital District YMCA in Southern Saratoga.

Allie Middleton has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 40 years. After a diverse business career leading innovative start-ups in New York City, she began to commit her life and work to energy healing practices.
As a certified yoga therapist, somatic coach, advanced yoga and meditation instructor, Allie’s teaching is geared to classical meditation instruction as a transformational self care strategy. She also offers a natural support to developing a life change using the wisdom traditions. As a licensed mental health clinician, Allie covers practices for basic mood management (anxiety and depression) using yogic principles and practices.
