Practices to Fortify the Heart
Participate in the live workshop and/or watch the replay

Increased digital connection capabilities have amplified the disconnections we feel ourselves and our loved ones. The digital isolation is not the source of this disconnection, rather it is the symptom. We isolate ourselves because we have forgotten our true nature: love. This forgetfulness is called avidya.

The goal of LifeForce Yoga is to reconnect us to the most authentic versions of ourselves. The pathway and the destination is love. In this workshop, we will move through practices that strengthen our physical container and allow the heart to open to the wisdom and the supreme intelligence of the heart.

We will practice:

  • Sacred mantras for the heart
  • Breathing practices to release and clear
  • Yoga postures that strengthen
  • Yoga postures that release and open the heart
  • A delicious yoga nidra practice to integrate
  • Journaling to retain reinforce our heartfelt commitments to ourselves
  • Special option to receive Essential Oils if signed up by Feb 5th
