Heartbreak as a Path to Wholeness: a LifeForce Yoga® Workshop with Amy Weintraub
November 4 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Arvada, CO 80002 United States
With dedicated practice, we grow our resilience from the most difficult moments in our lives. We’ll learn ways we can nourish our spiritual practice so that it opens the channel to the heart, bringing peace and healing in its wake.
Nearly twenty years of research, thirty years of practice, and Amy’s recovery from a debilitating depression inform this LifeForce Yoga protocol of evidence-based yoga practices. Through breathing practices that energize and elevate depressed mood, easy postures that balance the physical and emotional body, and guided meditations that relax and calm anxiety, discover the wellbeing available to you.
LifeForce Yoga interweaves ancient disciplines with current scientific findings to help you release what no longer serves you and become the agent of your own healing. For all levels, including yoga and health professionals.
